The salary levels of foreign specialists are indexed annually in accordance with the current inflation rate, like all other salaries in the Netherlands.
From January 1, 2023, new requirements for the salary level of transported specialists will come into force:
| Highly skilled migrants aged 30 years or older | €5,008.00 |
| Highly skilled migrants younger than 30 years | €3,672.00 |
| Highly skilled migrants following an orientation year for highly qualified persons, or without an orientation year permit within three years after graduation, or work as a scientific researcher. | €2,631.00 |
| EU Blue card holders | €5,867.00 |

Please note that salary levels are without 8% holiday pay and only apply to work contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2023. For all other CMs, the salary remains at the same level, and will change only in certain cases.
